This single-family home, which is nearing completion, had been an abandoned project. We have taken the original builder's grand vision, born out of a roaring bull market and tempered it down to a more practical level. These savings will be passed on to our eventual customer, who will receive a spacious home spread out among two floors plus a full basement over a larger-than-usual lot size.

We converted this former, four-story tenament into a multi-generational home. We duplexed the top two floors for the eventual homeowner and left the first floor and garden apartments for relatives or for rental. Bathrooms were added, while the number of bedrooms were reduced to open space. Large windows replaced small ones to welcome light. Kitchens were opened to reflect contemporary tastes. And a beautiful, beige stone facade replaced a sagging red-brick exterior. We worked closely with the city and community on this project. We were very happy with the result. We offered a solid, modern product at an exceptional value to the buyers. This property was not on the market very long.
